**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurately organised and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, ensuring all materials are professionally formatted.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as required, including booking flights and accommodation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Client account bank reconciliation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £17,303.61-£23,902.44 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
