**Our client is a franchised Independent multi - branch Estate Agency. They have the resources and reputation of a larger company while being adaptable and nimble to an **ever-changing **market due to their independent nature.**

They are looking for a **Senior Sales Negotiator** to join their team, in the hope of becoming Assistant Manager within the first year. This role would suit someone who has worked within the industry for a few years and ideally has some experience with valuing properties.

**Job Description**:

- Achieve Personal targets for new valuations and sales agreed
- Manage applicant database
- Handle new enquiries
- Provide our clients with high standards of customer service
- Farm databases for valuation opportunities
- Work with investors looking to purchase properties in our areas
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Administer offers
- Target competitors listings with a view to gaining new instructions
- Work with the office manager to grow the business and increase market share

Job Requirements:

- Driving licence and car a necessity
- Knowledge of the area is an advantage
- 3 years plus estate agency experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
