Worth Recruiting is seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join a highly successful, independent estate agency based in Forest Hill, SE23.

This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive company. If you're passionate about property sales and have a proven track record in the residential market, this could be the ideal next step in your career. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and closing property sales
  • Generating new business and winning instructions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and applicants
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • Contributing to the success and growth of the branch 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confident, professional and well-presented
  • Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Forest Hill / South East London (advantageous)
  • Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
  • A proactive and professional approach to estate agency
