**The successful Office Administrator will: -**
- Have previous office admin experience
- Be proficient with MS Office -Word and basic Excel
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to muck in where needed
- Be flexible and adaptable - the business is growing rapidly and as such things can change very quickly
- Be willing to learn
- Be self motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Have a positive and energetic character who is happy to work where there is some banter
- Have good attention to detail
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take minutes
- Assist in the preparation of project reports: taking information and photos from contractor survey sheets and inserting into Excel
- Submit and reconcile expense reports, and general assistance in the Accounts department
- Maintain online and paper filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
