Administrator - Purchasing / Projects

**The Role**:
Working as part of a small team, the duties within the role are broad and include a range of different responsibilities, which include but are not limited to the following:
**Purchasing**
- _Manage component suppliers and prices_
- _Order and organise project components and supplies_
- _Liaise with Suppliers to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment_
**Administrative support**
- _Providing support of a high quality to the team as and when required_
- _Complete H&S administration and tasks _
- _Maintain paper/electronic filing systems_
**Production of documents**
- _This will include technical O&M Manuals, Quality Dossiers and Drawings using a number of packages. You will compile documents to a high standard and work to tight deadlines_
**Inventory movement**
- _Generate and update stock transfer/balance lists_
**Produce Reports**
- _Develop and maintain effective project site report system_
- _Update existing reports and gather information to update specific reports and issue on a monthly basis_
**Arrange travel, accommodation and car hire**
- _Regular bookings for staff travel within UK and overseas and when required to support arrangements for large meetings or conferences_
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role
- A flexible approach, as often tasks can be reactive
- Good negotiating skills
- Good problem solving skills and be solution focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Providing Administration Support in a similar environment
- The use of ERP Systems
- Producing documentation
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Ability to work as part of a team
