The Head of Advice will lead our team of financial advisers and our support team of paraplanners and administrators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused advice. This role is pivotal in shaping the advice strategy, driving business performance, and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and ethics.
The role will focus on the delivery of the team’s targets and objectives, whilst operating within the established business procedures and adhering to the regulatory environment. Working closely with other members of the Senior Leadership Team, this person will also play a key role in the business’s further growth and development.
**SALARY**:
£60,000 - £70,000 (OTE £90,000 - £105,000)
**WORKING HOURS/PATTERN**:
We pride ourselves on convenience for our clients, usual working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9am - 4pm Friday.

- Previous experience in mentoring and training Adviser Teams, contributing to the development of skills and knowledge within the team.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding the client base and contributing to the firm's growth objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving market conditions, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, ensuring agility and resilience in a dynamic industry landscape.
