Office Administrator/recruiter

**Main responsibilities and duties for the Administrator role:
- **
- Responsible for providing day-to-day office support to the sales team and engineers.
- Providing a first class customer service to customers.
- Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Recruitment for new engineers.
- Maintaining information on client portals.
- Answering telephone calls from clients, suppliers and engineers, dealing with queries.
- General office duties
**Requirements for the HVAC Administrator role:
- **
- Car driver is essential for this role due to the location.
- Ideally experience within a similar role.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good standard of basic education, including English and Maths.
- Bright and self-motivated individual with good organisational skills.
- Experience of Job logic would be a distinct advantage.
