Our rates are above industry average and start from **£13PH **once you pass probation. You will **get paid for driving time and care calls**, you will get an additional mileage supplement of **50p per mile**, you will receive an **allowance for summer and winter** **shopping **(leggings, shorts, etc), have **free MOT **once you pass probation, and receive as much **training** as you need - all funded. If you want to progress in your career, we can support that too We currently fund carers doing their **Level 2 and Level 3 NVQs**

We are looking for you to work either every weekend, or alternate weekends, AM (8-2pm) or PM (2-9pm) shifts, and can be either both days or just one day of the weekend.
