Recruiter

We are looking for a talented Recruiter with experience of global recruitment to join our HR Team. This is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to build relationships across the globe and to work with the Senior Leadership Team, hiring managers and the global HR team to really make a difference to how we attract and retain our talent.

Proserv has an abundance of talent already and as the teams are growing we need someone to manage the relationships with our stakeholders, our Client/Customer Relationship with our ATS provider and to really support the wider business while offering training and guidance to the hiring managers on best practice during the recruitment, selection and interviewing process.

It is important that you have global experience as we have teams in the US, India and Middle East alongside our Aberdeen Head Office, Cumbernauld and Great Yarmouth.

**The Opportunity**:

- Work with business leaders to examine the business plan and develop and execute workforce planning to ensure the right business fit
- Work closely with managers across the globe to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet those hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle helping managers find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Support the HR team to provide coaching and guidance to line managers on the recruitment process and the hiring of talent that meets our current and future business needs
- Responsible for the selection of preferred suppliers, assess their service and build relationships that provide for the best business outcomes
- Provide reports on recruitment statistics as requested by members of the HR team globally
- Develop relationships and partnerships external to the company, including identified networking opportunities, to assist in achieving excellent business outcomes with regards to recruitment
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills and experience against open job roles
- Remain up to date with relevant employment legislation specific to all stages of the recruitment process and enforce them within the Company
- Lead or assist with designated recruitment events and projects such as apprentice and graduate recruitment campaigns
- Develop and deliver training and competence programmes for those colleagues who are involved in any stage of the recruitment process
- Periodically conduct a review of the recruitment process and paperwork and ensure a comprehensive process map, library of forms and clear Recruitment Policy is posted on the Global BMS and followed by all parties to the recruitment process

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
**Essential**:

- GCSE Grades 9-5 or equivalent in English & Mathematics
- HR or relevant Business Degree

**Desirable**:

- CIPD Qualified

**Experience / Skills**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment with a global remit
- Experience of successful collaborations and engagement with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Data driven with experience in creating analytic dashboards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A working knowledge of employment law and appropriate legislation
- Experience in developing a recruitment strategy
- Familiar with HR Software, databases and management systems
- Ability to travel as required
