We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the Recruitment team based from our offices in Aberdeen. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move from agency recruitment into an in-house role or who has previously had experience working in an internal recruitment role. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering internal recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies.

**Who you’ll be working with**:
**Here’s what a typical day would be like**:

- Working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, support with the creation of job descriptions and writing adverts.
- Advertising vacancies via a range of different mediums and managing agency relationships.
- Attending job fairs and recruitment events nationally and managing relationships with local schools, colleges and universities
- Working with the Recruitment Manager to improve cost-per-hire, time-to-hire and employee retention

**Who we’re looking for**:
Essential
- Extensive previous recruitment experience in a similar role including previous experience of direct sourcing
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
- Fully conversant with employment laws, practices and Immigration Regulations pertaining to the full recruitment process.
- Excellent organizational skills

Desirable
- Experience of using Workday would be advantageous
- Experience of recruiting Technical positions
