We are working with a leading shipping and freight forwarding business company seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team in Grimsby.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing export shipments
- Issuing sales invoices
- Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines
- Take bookings for internal system
- Liaison with customers and clients
- Work on full load export operations
- Complete export customs entries
- Using internal customs systems such as Descartes/Destin8
- Complete export documentation

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organisation skills
- 1-3 years freight forwarding experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good decision-making skills
- Excellent IT skills

**_Must be able to accommodate following schedule:_**_ Week on call Rota / 1 in 4 weeks Monday to Sunday_
