**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for dealing with the company Import/Export Custom Clearance
- Export operations and Import/Exports Administration
- Issue sales invoicing to customers
- Handling Transit Systems and Forms
- Speaking with customers and clients on the phone
- Handling Import/export shipments
- Processing customs entries using various systems such as Datafreight, CNS

**Requirements**:

- A high level of organization and attention to detail
- Import/Export experience
- Customs entries experience
- Knowledge of Customs Regulations
- Customer-focused and motivated to provide outstanding service
- Good administration skills
- IT literate
