**£24,000 per annum (£22,000 + £2,000 per annum guaranteed service charge payment paid quarterly)**

5 Red Star, Award winning Utopia Spa, 57 bedrooms including the new luxury Cedar Lodge development and a 2-bedroom self-contained Gatehouse are available for guests.

2 Award winning restaurants, Reflections Restaurant (2 Rosette x 60 covers), AG’s Restaurant (3 Rosette x 35covers) together with a range of conference and banqueting and private dining rooms catering for 8 to 95 guests.

The award-winning Utopia Spa at Alexander House Hotel is looking for a Housekeeping Spa Assistant. The outstanding facilities including 21 treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, inside the pool with monsoon showers, hydrotherapy pool, and a private Zen Garden features a barrel sauna and outdoor hot tub, creating the perfect environment to deliver amazing experiences to our guests. We offer an extensive range of treatments and carry a wide range of products (Temple Spa, OSKIA of London) allowing continuous training and development and our large team allows for steady progression towards work aspirations.

**The Role**

Under the direction of our experienced Head Housekeeper, you will carry out the general cleaning of the spa including;
- Changing rooms and toilets
- Steam room and sauna
- Poolside
- Spa reception and relaxation lounge
- Treatment rooms and corridors
- Outside terrace and hot tub area

During your shift you will ensure that all guest towels and supplies are replenished, and that dirty laundry is taken to the inhouse laundry.

You will be responsible for completing the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the spa is maintained.

An energetic worker, you will have a good eye for detail to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and that any maintenance issues are reported to the inhouse maintenance team without delay.

Working up to 40 hrs per week over 5 days per week, including weekend shifts.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Good attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about cleaning and presentation.
- Methodical in working routines.
- Available for full time work including weekend shifts.
