**£25,500 per annum (£23,500 + £2,000 per annum guaranteed service charge payment paid quarterly)**

Join our Housekeeping team reporting to our experienced Head Housekeeper. You will share responsibility for the supervision of a full time team of housekeeping assistants, linen porters and spa cleaners, as well as an inhouse maintenance team to support you.

**The Role**

An energetic worker, good eye for detail to ensure excellent standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Ensuring that all guest bedrooms are well presented ready for the guest return in the evening.
- Working 8 hrs per day, Up to 40hrs over 5 days per week.
- Start times can be available from 9-10am
- Responsible for the smooth operation and cleanliness of your allocated floor of bedrooms.
- Supervise floor housekeepers & laundry assistants
- Check cleaned bedrooms and stayovers
- Support Head Housekeeper & Assistant Head Housekeeper when they are on days off or on leave.
- Cleaning guest bedrooms when required
- Assisting with daily & monthly stock takes
- Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supervise and carry out lost and found procedures.
- Report maintenance issues to Maintenance Department.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

**Requirements**;
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Assistant ideally in a quality hotel
- Enthusiastic about cleaning and presentation
- Methodical in working routines

**Salary**: £25,500.00 per year
