**Head of Marketing and Propositions**

My client is looking for a professional to join their marketing department. This is an exciting time to join due to new projects to deliver

This is a varied role and key to the success as the business grows

**Duties**

Lead and develop the brand,

Lead, plan and manage events, support materials and merchandise, as required

Lead and support the Marketing Assistant

Develop and maintain all marketing materials & policy literature

Drive the creation of new compelling marketing material, for their three key audiences: broker, client and member

Manage product review requirements (April and October) to ensure all materials are updated, approved and implemented in time for new business and renewal deadlines

Create on and offline material to support the launch of new initiatives

Always maintain a detailed knowledge of current regulation and ensure compliance

Operate within budget

Manage product and marketing third-party relationships with external agencies

**Skills Required**:
Fiveyears’ experience in the health insurance market (and/or financial services and/or general insurance markets)

Proven track record of delivery in a sales and marketing environment

Experience developing and managing others.

Negotiation, numeracy and literacy skills essential

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively influence at all levels - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Possess creative flair

Be meticulous by nature; a stickler for detail

Work well as part of a team as well as being able to use own initiative

Self-motivated and results driven

Well organised and can respond well under pressure and deadlines.

Have passion for all aspects of Marketing

Take ownership and be accountable

Adopt a pro-active approach and 'can-do’ mentality
