Care and Compliance Coordinator

Provides Senior Care and Admin support and direction to ensure that services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care**. **Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions. You will also support your manager with the recruitment of new carers, conducting interviews and managing compliance.
**Some resposibilities within the job role include, but arent limited to**:
- Managing all admin task related to the business
- Answer calls and document via call logs
- Ensure admin compliance task are up to date
- Assist in managing client and carer roster
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure admin task are managed well and up to date
- Work closely with HR and the compliance team to ensure day to day smooth run of the business
- Assist with the company on call rotation
- Ensure Care planner is updated daily
- Keep compliance trackers up to date
- Manage and organize your allocated pool of clients
- Promote the growth of the organisation
- Assist with the Rota where needed including covering calls in emergencies
- Ensuring monthly medication and duty log audits are completed Monthly
- Ensure care planner E-Mars are up to date
- Manage and report complaints and follow through with company complaints handling procedures
- Ensure office files are up to date
They must have/be a:
- A team player,
- Good knowledge of compliance within the adult social care sector and a knowledge of the CQC requirements.
- Have an understanding of Care planner rostering software
- Health and social care experience, a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to multi task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will have an excellent telephone manner, along with good communication and influencing skills and have the ability to work effectively with team members and carers.
- A calm professional demeanour and a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable adults
- A desire to improve the lives of vulnerable adults within their community and help them regain independence
- To be able to communicate effectively, spoken and written
- To be flexible in their approach to working shifts
- Where applicable - a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle is desirable

**Working Hours - 9.00am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Friday**
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Care Admin: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving License with access to your oven vehicle? (preferred)
