**Recruitment Coordinator
3 month contract / Weekly pay
East Bristol/ Free Parking / Office based**

**The Job**:
**Day to day responsibilities:
**Preparing and posting job adverts, actively promoting the company and open
Scheduling and carrying out interviews with hiring managers, acting as a note taker and HR facilitator
Carrying out reference checks
Facilitating debrief sessions and collecting feedback from various managers following interviewing process
Liaising with recruitment agencies, keeping them up to date with business resourcing needs and suppling them with timely feedback
Building strong relationships with hiring managers and 3rd parties (incl. recruitment agencies, internal Talent Acquisition Partner, universities etc.)
Ensuring Job descriptions are up to date and in company house style
Issuing offer approval forms to appropriate authorised HR for sign off
Hosting assessment centres (where applicable)
Representing the company while attending recruitment fairs or employment-related events (where applicable)
Qualifications/Requirements

**Experience required:
**Experience of working in a similar recruitment role in a fast-paced environment (essential)
Experience of using a Talent Management System

**The Person:
**Outstanding drive, energy and commitment to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with a retained focus to prioritise and deliver.
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, be organised and results orientated whilst working to service levels
whilst maintaining a sense of energy, fun and reward for the team.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and can communicate across different levels in an organisation committed to improving quality and efficiency.
Enthusiastic and structured approach to work.
