Robertson Bell is pleased to be working with a London based registered social housing provider who are seeking a Finance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a hands-on role which will play a vital role inthe financial reporting of the organisation and overseeing the day-to-day finance function.

**The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager include**:

- Production of monthly management accounts accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Lead on year-end reporting, producing all financial statements with supporting schedules and provide any additional information required by auditors.
- Partnering with budget holders, meeting monthly to gather information to assist the Finance Director with the development of budgets and forecasts.
- Line management of one Finance Assistant who takes ownership of transaction reporting, providing the relevant training and mentoring to ensure they meet the agreed KPI's.
- Monitor banking processes and assist with the preparation of cash flow forecasts.

- Demonstrable experience in leading in the production of management accounts and exposure to statutory reporting.
