Customer Service Administrator

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our fantastic team and deliver a first-class customer experience.
Tony Beal Ltd is a manufacturer of commercial têxtile products for a number of industries, including oil & gas, defence, modular, construction, airmotive, automotive, transportation, leisure, agriculture, engineering & construction. We are a long-established family run business based in Westfield, Cumbernauld, just outside of Glasgow.
**The role**
The main purpose of your role is to provide a support service to your colleagues working out of office as we as being a point of contact for customers, ensuring the customer journey goes as smoothly as possible,
The right person will be motivated and able to multi task.
A background awareness of commercial vehicles maybe advantageous but not essential.
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Customer Service Administrator**:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Solid administration skills, ideally with experience of a CRM system
- Resilient, positive and detail oriented
- Organised, able to multi-task and prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Office 365 experience

**Salary**: Competitive - dependant on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
