We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join our growing team based out of our Nottingham Depot. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a busy Commercial team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and uploading of supporting documentation. i.e., Photographs & invoices to client’s corporate system.
- Inputting Payment Applications into the client’s corporate system.
- General filing and folder management.
- Preparation of issues log for submission to client.
- Checking issues log for resolutions.
- Downloading and issuing weekly reports from client’s corporate system.
- Learn to value works to an ability where cover can be provided during team’s annual leave.
- Fault log reconciliation.
- General assistance to the Commercial Team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Willing to use initiative when required.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
