Jackson Hogg has an exclusive opportunity for a SECS/GEM Specialist to join one of the UKs leading semiconductor manufacturers as their on-site specialist at their new UK site.

This role will see you based on site in the fab and working with the wafer fab operators to eliminate errors and identify opportunities for increased automation to drive increases in productivity, yield and reduce human error.

You will need to be a keen programmer with experience across C#/.net and SQL with understanding of SEMI standards and SECS/GEM equipment within a wafer fab manufacturing environment.

**Skills**:

- BSc or above in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5 years’ experience within Semiconductor Fab Automation.
- Excellent knowledge of C#/.Net and SQL
- Expert knowledge of SECS/GEM
- Strong understanding of SEMI standards
- Experience working with MES, APC and FDC systems are highly desirable
