**Customer Service Advisor**

A vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

**The role**
- Act as a first point of contact for customers
- Managing up to 50 live accounts at one time, including taking orders and answering general account queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Building rapport with customers
- Selling
- Using bespoke CRM to raise quotes/ handle general account queries
- A bubbly confident personality
- Ideally some commercial working experience
- A willingness to learn
- Experience isn’t everything, as long as you have the right work ethic, we want to hear from you
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to communicate at all levels
