Finance Business Partner required to join a dynamic and ever-growing not for profit organisation on a full time permanent basis. My client is looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual who is an experienced Finance Business Partner to jointheir fast moving finance function.

As the Finance Business Partner you will be supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner and wider finance team providing financial support and assist with all financial management alongside other duties below;
**Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner**
- Month end reporting, budget queries and assisting in adding value.
- Provide help and support to Senior FBP analysing budget variances and resolving queries.
- You will be the main point of contact for budget holders daily.
- You will assist in analysing complex data and the preparation of standard monthly reports.
- You will be responsible for responding to requests for ad-hoc reports and financial information.

**Required skills and experience of the Finance Business Partner**
- AAT qualified/QBE
- Recent Public Sector experience (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong IT skills and use of financial systems including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High level of analytical skills
