Wedding Co-ordinator

The main purpose of the role is to create a wonderful customer experience for our Bridal couple and their guests at Rushpool Hall.

**Requirements**:

- Previous operational experience within a role associated with delivering Weddings essential.
- Efficient, Driven and highly organised.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
- Well-developed Communication skills.
- Thrive in a customer-facing environment, a real people person

**Role**
- Arranging and conducting meetings with clients to co-ordinate their Weddings.
- Ensure the smooth running and delivery of Weddings.
- Assist with Open Days and others showcase events.
- Train and develop our team to agreed standards.
- Ensuring both front and back of house areas and equipment are presented to a high standard.

Rushpool Hall is an exclusive use wedding venue, set in a Victorian Manor House with its own stunning grounds and lovely views over Saltburn Sands and the North Sea.

We are a small and friendly team that values its people and is committed to deliver amazing wedding days for our guests.

This is a Full-time position; Weekend hours are an essential part of the job. Rushpool Hall has limited accessibility by public transportation, so own transport may be beneficial. Onsite parking is available.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
