**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alfreton. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their journey whilst also liaising with in house driving staff to meet demands of the customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, striving to exceed their expectations and maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, logistics, and technical support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid DBS check
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and mobility aids is a plus but not required.
