As a Stock Team Leader you will play a vital role within the distribution team ensuring our perfect standards are maintained and executed. Ensuring the shift is being run smoothly and efficiently. Working with your team to adhere to tight deadlines and precise KPI’s. You may be expected to work AM and PM shifts.

**Your Mission**
- Delegate duties to operatives
- Install and maintain standards within the Distribution Centre
- Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation
- Organise and maintain inventory
- Conduct a clear and comprehensive shift handover
- Following and guiding others on the warehouse health & safety standards
