This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their recruitment skills further and has a real passion for recruitment and continuous improvement.
**What will you be doing?**
- Working with the Resourcing Manager and your colleagues within HR to implement the annual recruitment plan.
- Partnering and building effective relationships with specific Business Units to fully understand their Resourcing requirements and ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent
- Developing cost effective and effective campaigns and copywriting adverts in line with Employer Brand
- Organise and administer selection processes including online testing, telephone and video interviews, and manage assessment centres
- Preparing regular metrics and reports
- Optimising the use of the ATS and all recruiting technology used and ensuring that the business stay abreast of new developments
- Attending open days and careers fairs when required

**Who are we looking for?**
You will have strong IT skills including MS Office Suite and experience of managing Applicant Tracking systems. Excellent knowledge of legislation relating to recruitment including safer recruitment procedures is desirable.
We’re looking for someone who is results driven with good organisation and planning skills, excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally & externally.
You will be an effective team player who is able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business including some evenings and weekends to support our match day operations.

This is a full-time permanent contract working 35 hours per week on a 5 from 7 days basis. The role will be based between our Chapel Street office in Liverpool City Centre and Anfield Stadium. We also offer the opportunity to work hybrid, depending on business needs.
