**All about the role**
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the continued acquisition and retention of our Courier operations in the UK. We currently operate two models, Delco - our independent contractor model which has been established for a few years and more recently, Scoober, our worker model which has been in the market for a little over 6 months. Both models are rapidly growing and we need you to help drive the rollout ongoing health of our zones.

The Marketing Exec will work closely with colleagues across the globe. We have a team in the UK, a centralised Courier Operations Team based out of Canada for our independent model and for Scoober, you'll be connecting with our Global team based in The Netherlands. Your job is to implement marketing initiatives that both build and sustain Courier supply across both operating models while promoting a positive and competitive Courier experience - all while remaining within a budget framework.

**As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to**:

Ownership of multi-channel independent Courier comms.
Run Courier-facing initiatives and lead the content strategy ensuring our Couriers are engaged and supported with retention and recognition initiatives.
- Work with Senior Courier Marketing Manager and Global team to evolve our Courier proposition to attract applicants in the UK market.
- Sustain and engage with our Delco Courier community: manage the Courier blog and website and take the lead in developing all adhoc comms. Actively play a part in defining how this community evolves as our proposition matures.
- Competitor analysis -get under the skin of the competition to better understand tactics employed and ensure the Just Eat proposition is compelling.
- Perform regular analysis on the Courier network to segment and find opportunities to increase applicant conversion, re-engagement, and retention.
- Think of ways to reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) of new Couriers.
- Measure and report effectiveness of all Courier communication campaigns.
- Own and develop the ‘Courier Exclusives' engagement programme with regular campaign performance analysis to ensure the proposition is best in class.
- Collaborate with the Global Insights team to conduct Courier research initiatives which support the ongoing engagement and retention program communications.
**Can you deliver**
**Here's what we're looking for from our Courier Marketing Executive**
- 1-2 Years experience in a Marketing role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence upwards
- Familiarity with Braze or another ESP preferred, but not crucial
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects across multiple partners
- Highly organised with natural relationship building abilities
- Desire to become part of a hardworking, fun marketing team
- Thrives in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
