**This is the job**:
**What will I be doing?**:

- Relationship management to identify business priorities, advising on talent acquisition initiatives and approaches to enable business success re entry level talent, diversity and inclusion, internal promotion etc.
- Manage specialist and / or executive requisitions, successfully filling in line with TA’s KPI’s - % of direct fills, time to offer, internal promotions etc. Coach, lead and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition specialists to deliver the same.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, HRBPs, hiring managers and Finance to ensure sourcing, pipelines, forecasts and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
- Lead key initiatives and projects, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Act as SME for the team on Talent Acquisition toolkit and platforms to enable delivery re Linkedin, ATS, job boards, community networks etc.
- Use MI / reporting to proactively develop resourcing solutions to support the business and to shape resourcing processes
- Champion ATS compliance to ensure measurement of Talent Acquisition success, data security and to enable data based decisions
- Maintain and develop an external network of talent acquisition peers to ensure continuous understanding of market changes and service improvements
- Build knowledge of the competitor market and identify strong talent in the marketplace

**What do I need?**:

- A strong grasp, understanding & proven track record of successful recruitment delivery within a commercial organisation
- Breadth of knowledge of specialist and executive recruitment from a large corporate environment
- Proven experience in leading a virtual team
- Experience in producing, analysing and presenting MI reports
- Experience in identifying and scoping process improvements to streamline recruitment procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery
