Within TA these are exciting times, times of investment, focus and opportunity. The **Talent Acquisition Team Lead **will sit within UL’s Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, reporting into the Talent Acquisition European COE Lead. You’ll be a true "**player-coach**", someone who can **lead from the front**. In this role you will be directly responsible for managing a small team of experienced recruiters, driving their development as well as supporting day-to-day recruitment activities, development & implementation of talent strategies that enable UL to attract the best talent across Europe. What youâll learn & achieve: **What you will get**: Be a team player - we collaborate, regionally and globally across TA, being a team player is an absolute MUST - Proven ability to develop both less and more experienced recruiters to maximize the teams results and impact - To lead a team of highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisors who focus predominantly on our technology, sales and corporate business units. - To Deliver talent strategies that support current and upcoming needs for the above units. To partner with hiring managers from around the world - What makes you a great fit: - You have a passion for recruitment and business leadership You understand the importance of employer branding, messaging and social medial within recruitment - In-house recruitment experience - The ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders that stretch across multiple business units - Understanding and expertise in using data as well as research to drive change in recruitment strategies and course correcting when needs be - Extensive experience with direct sourcing, specifically utilizing online tools and social media to proactively find, engage and headhunt the very best talent - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced global business environment that requires strong time management & prioritization skills What youâll experience working at UL: - ** Mission**: For UL, corporate and social responsibility isn’t new.
