**Role**: CRM Copywriter
**Location**: Edinburgh, Scotland
**ROLE MISSION**
Oliver is looking to recruit a mid-weight Copywriter to work on-site with one of our finance clients based in Edinburgh.
The Copywriter will predominantly work with CRM marketing, reviewing client briefs to conceive, develop, and produce effective copy for lifecycle marketing and customer journeys.
And last, but by no means least, have experience of writing copy within a regulated environment.
You'll report into the Senior Copywriter.

**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING**
You'll report into the Senior Copywriter. The team work in a fun and fast-paced environment so if you are looking to work in a team where no one day is the same then this the team for you.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE**
- Develop and manage relationship with stakeholders
- Develop copy for customer journey campaigns
- Work on projects along with the team but also independently
- Interpret briefs and ensure proposed copy answers the brief
- Present work directly to the client
- Develop copy for financial services and products in a regulated industry
- Be able to find the right balance to keep concepts creative while being compliant
- Work in a team of 16 people
- Work across 10 different products and varied services, with different customer bases
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL**
Experience in:
- Predominantly CRM
- Digital - social and displays
Some experience in:
- Print - POS
- Web
- A confident self-starter, with experience of effective agile working.
- Experience successfully managing cross-functional projects and with well-developed project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, able to present creative thinking and give/receive feedback.
- Financial service background is a plus.
- The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality.
- Technically adept and able to convert complex messages into easily understandable copy, within brand guidelines.
- Skilled at translating brand tone of voice into effective copy.
- Great organisational and communication skills.
- An eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills.
- Content creator background or journalism experience would be beneficial.
- Strong research skills.
