Internal Sales Administrator Required for our manufacturing client based in Kingswinford. Reporting to the Sales Director we are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator with experience of dealing with high value customers around the world.

To support our continued growth, we require a proactive Internal Sales Administrator to assist us to further develop our customer base & business activities.

Through maintaining contact with our existing customer base, you will manage existing accounts and where possible identify and on board new suppliers and partners to work with and be confident in discussing technical products to our customers.

You will be required to offer full administrative support to the external sales team and internally manage the administration of our key accounts and customers who are located Worldwide. Providing excellent customer care and supporting our sales strategies.

**Key Activities**:
Responsibility to update the Customer Relationship Management (SAP) system and ensure all customer communications and orders are logged and up to date

Processing documentation accurately within the sales department; including works orders, picking and packing lists, customer purchase orders and technical documentation

Respond in a professional manner to all incoming calls, and use various methods to communicate and allocate messages to the relevant sales team member or department

Proactively promoting our business products and resolving customer queries both efficiently and effectively

**Skills/Qualifications**:
A background within manufacturing with experience of Internal Sales administration is required

Experience in using SAP would be desirable

Knowledge and experience of general administration procedures with use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Office to a proficient level

Excellent interpersonal and customer service and negotiation skills Must be able to work within a team as well as individually

**Working Hours**:
**40 hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm (Need to be flexible to start early and finish later on some occasion as dealing with global clients within different time zones.**

**Basic Salary**:
**£30k to £35k depending on experience Other benefits include: 22 Days holiday + STATS rising to 25 days after 3 years Annual Company bonus scheme - Based Group wide performance Pension
