This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent Spanish speaker experienced in Customer Service

Join a growing team in Basingstoke as a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 Month FTC. Hybrid working, up to 26k salary, 22 days holiday, and canteen on site.

**As the Customer Service Administrator you will benefit from**:

- A salary of 24-26k
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (30 minutes lunch)
- Hybrid working of 1 day at home and 4 days in the office
- 22 days holiday rising by one a year to a max of 25 days
- On site canteen
- Free car parking

**As the Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include**:

- General phone answering from Spanish customers
- Inputting sales orders and other sales based daily computer duties
- Talking with customers on a daily basis and assisting with any enquiries (products, deliveries, prices etc.)
- General phone answering from Spanish customers
- Liaising with couriers regarding delivery issues
- Liaising with sales team on leads and providing general assistance (samples etc)

**To succeed as the Customer Service Administrator you will have**:

- Very strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Spanish
- Excellent people management skills to interact with customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
- Good organisation, planning and time management
- Good problem solving skills
- Confident decision-making skills
- Good Microsoft Office package skills
- SAP is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
