Thrower Stone operates across the North East and deals with both residential and commercial property management. Our office is based in the heart of Gateshead and makes up part of the 30-person team that creates the thriving hub of the larger Elastic Group of companies.

**The Role**:
The team leader will:

- Work well within the team to ensure a smooth running service, liaise with our maintenance, lettings and accounts teams ensuring documentation is kept up to date
- Work closely with exisiting portfolio managers and other departments leaders
- Maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors
- Take a lead on training in and supervising new staff members
- Deliver guidance to and manage staff members, including customer service
- Oversee general admin

In addition, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the terms & conditions of agreements are being adhered too.
- Being proficient in Serving Sections 8 & 21 Notices when applicable as well as prepare the necessary court forms. Dealing with enquiries from tenants. Delivering the highest levels of customer service to potential tenants - But be warned at Thrower Stone no two days will be the same

**The Skills**

We are looking for someone who:

- Is confident and has experience with all aspects of residential property management;
ideally, with some experience in commercial property management as well
- Possesses very strong people skills and a good understanding of people
- Is organised and efficient with an eye for detail
- Is able to work well under pressure
- Is motivated and able to make their mark in the workplace

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
