Changing Lives is a nationwide charity helping people facing the most challenging of circumstances to make positive change - for good. We believe that everyone deserves a safe home, a rewarding job and a life free from addiction or abuse. We know that given the right support, anyone can change their life for the better.

Our services across the country help thousands of people each year who are experiencing a wide range of complicated challenges, including homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation and domestic abuse. By focusing on their strengths, potential and opportunities, we support the people we work with to overcome their problems and live safe, successful, independent lives.

Our charity is powered by over 600 passionate colleagues who bring a diverse and inclusive environment for our colleagues to grow. **About the Job**

We’re looking for a compassionate and driven People & Culture Business Partner to join a purpose-led People Team that puts people first - always. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, lead with empathy, and are passionate about creating inclusive, empowering workplaces - this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

Our amazing People Team is structured to offer meaningful, wraparound support to colleagues across the organisation. We have a dedicated Welfare Advisor, an in-house counsellor, and specialist teams for Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Learning & Development. Together, we’re building a culture where wellbeing, equity, and lived experience are not just supported but embedded in everything we do.

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll work closely with managers across the country to bring this culture to life - leading on complex casework, guiding inclusive organisational change (including TUPE and restructures), and delivering strategic people initiatives around engagement, development, and performance.
This isn’t traditional HR - it’s people-focused, purpose-driven, and grounded in care, inclusion, and innovation.
