Sales Administrator

A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join our expanding team, a highly successful small dealer group based in the heart of Manchester City Centre area.
We have 2 locations selling 4x4 & Prestige cars with Prices ranging from Mid 20k - £70k and our other site selling mainly prestige cars between £8k - £25k. We also have a range of more affordable cars for our customers with lower budgets. And we have plans to expand in the near future with other branches in the Greater Manchester area and beyond.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be assisting the sales team with aftersales paperwork. Supporting the admin manager with general admin, marketing and management of all social media platforms.
Essential Skills:
- Must be Computer literate - knowledge of Microsoft word - excel & Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable & Punctual
- High level of organisation and able to meet deadlines
- Great team player that works well as part of a team and individually
The role will be suitable for someone who is looking for a new opportunity as well as progressing a career in sales administration.
Ancoats Car Sales is forever evolving and expanding so there will be scope for additional hours or full time if it suits both parties.
