Overview:
Entry requirements of this job:
There are no minimum academic requirements, although entrants typically possess GCSEs/S grades or

equivalent qualifications. Training is normally provided on the job. NVQs/SVQs in Administration are available

at Levels 1 and 2.

Tasks required by this job include:

- Provides information to customers on products and prices
- Fields telephone inquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team;
- Prepares sales invoices and maintains records and accounts of sales activity;
- Handles customer complaints or forwards them to relevant members of sales team;
- carries out general clerical duties.

Referenced Job Duties to Initial License Application:
The Sales Administrator will be tasked with various administrative duties within the sales department, including order processing, managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipments from online marketplaces, and maintaining sales records. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week dedicated solely to our business. The anticipated impact of introducing this role in our organization is to improve the focus of improving on metrics that impact our sales particularly, by improving processing times & overall efficiency of operations.

Committed Number of Working Hours Per Week: 40 Hours

Pay: £16,923.05-£27,446.38 per year
