**Job Purpose**:
To provide administrative and operational support to the sales department, assisting in coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, processing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with preparing quotations, order forms, and client-facing documentation
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer data and sales activity
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Prepare regular sales reports, data summaries, and sales forecasts for internal meetings
- Track and manage orders, including issuing invoices, confirming payments, and follow-up with clients
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, exhibitions or product launch events
- Liaise with suppliers and external partners to obtain relevant sales materials or pricing
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and UK regulations

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales administration or customer service (1+ year preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
