We are now recruiting for Part-Time Team Marshalls and Football Coaches for the UK’s first Football Fiesta - The Ultimate Indoor Football Experience

What you’ll be getting up to:

- Daily checking and preparation of equipment
- Proactively walk the Park assisting customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Enforcing the safety rules whilst simultaneously upholding excellent customer service
- Communicating effectively within our team and with our guests
- Interacting with customers
- Monitoring activities throughout the Football Fiesta venue - maintaining high safety levels but ensuring an engaging and fun atmosphere for all customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment - on your own or as part of a team
- Provide support when needed across various areas of the business
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment & activities
- Other duties as required

We are looking for someone who:

- Is flexible in their availability; able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Is comfortable speaking in front of groups. Presenting a safety brief before customers enter the park and demonstrating features in Football Fiesta
- Enjoys working as part of a team and helping others to achieve their goals
- Has an engaging character with the ability to make people smile
- A fun, inspiring and energetic person who can communicate with customers, staff members and parents
- Is flexible and willing to learn across all areas of the Football Fiesta including Front of House and Food & Beverage
- Park opening hours: Mondays - Thursday (2pm to 8pm) / Friday & Saturday (10am to 8pm) / Sunday and Bank Holidays (10am to 6pm)

Rate of Pay: £4.81 to £9.50 per hour according to national minimum wage

**Job Type**: Part-time - These roles will be flexible working hours that be arranged with your Venue Manager

Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Language: English (required)
- First Aid trained (preferred)
- DBS Certification (required)
- Experience in a leisure/customer service environment

Applicants must be age 17 years or over.

Flexibility: Applicants must be flexible as you will be required to change your working pattern at short notice to meet service requirements which may include shifts, early mornings, evenings and weekends.
