**Customer Service Advisor - Call Centre**

Fasttrack Resources are proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious client who are looking to recruit for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

**Transport is essential due to clients location.**

**About the role**:

- Salary up to £23,000 per annum
- **Monday to Thursday** 08:30 - 17:00 and **Friday**: 08:00 - 16:30

**About the role**:

- Proactively contact potential or existing customers, ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Develop professional relationships to determine customer's needs and expectations
- Educate customers about features and benefits of product to improve brand loyalty and up-sell opportunities
- Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs.
- Work on other ad-hoc duties

**About you**:

- **Transport is essential due to clients location**:

- Previous experience of working in a customer service / call centre / help desk setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and succeed. A desire to improve and develop.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
