Trading IT Business Analyst, State Street Global

**Who we are looking for**
Looking for a Trading IT business analyst (BA) who will be responsible for providing support to Front office business functions -Trading/ Investment Oversight based on his/ her expertise and knowledge in implementing robust Technology solutions centred aroundION & CRIMS platform. The BA would also collaborate with Reg. Reporting teams to support automation on Regulatory reporting and assist in BAU activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. The BA responsibilities would include understanding the Businessrequirements, designing Technology solution, coordinate development, conduct IT testing and coordinate UAT testing and plan out production implementation of the new process. Also would need to support the BAU operations as a Technology SME standpoint.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

**What you will be responsible for**
As Trading IT Business Analyst you will
- Good understanding of Investment Management/ Asset Management business with in depth knowledge on Derivatives (Listed & OTC), Fixed Income, FX and Equity products
- Experience in Trade Life cycle of securities with FIX connectivity expertise
- Hand on experience with CRIMS platform implementation across Trading with good knowledge of the technical aspects of CRIMS platform
- Knowledge of External vendors across market data providers and ECN/ EMS platforms for trade execution
- Managing ION infrastructure across new tranches/ patches
- Working on Code Deployment and weekend support for Production moves and system validation
- Ability to collaborate with all the project stakeholders, business stakeholders & IT Teams.
- Taking ownership of problems and driving towards their resolution

- Produce Analysis and functional specification documents (BSD/FSD)
- Produce Test Plans and Scenarios
- Conducting IT testing and user testing activities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills required to liaise with the business, managers, IT & QA Team members

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of IT BA experience in the Investment Management Industry
- Excellent domain expertise in Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX and Equity products
- Experience in Trading and Regulatory Reporting implementations using ION & CRIMS platform
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
