**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, waiting areas, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, striving to resolve issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
- Assist with catering events when necessary, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Previous experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to help others effectively.
- A background in hospitality or restaurant environments will be beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: £11.22-£11.55 per hour
