**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including catering, serving, and ensuring food safety standards are met. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Experience as a barista or in food preparation is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to catering and serving.

**Job Type**: Part-time
