**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team at an upscaling Indian restaurant. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a passion for the food and beverage industry.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards is essential.
- Bartending skills are a plus, with the ability to craft cocktails and serve drinks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to assist in various roles within the front of house team, including food preparation and catering support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.55-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
