We’re looking for a motivated and proactive **Clinical Digital Solutions Specialist** to join our Digital Solutions team This is a hybrid role based at our South Shields office, with occasional travel to sites and industry events across the UK.

**Your Role**:
As a Clinical Digital Solutions Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting the rollout, adoption, and optimisation of our digital healthcare solutions. This is a dynamic role that blends product management, clinical engagement, training, and product marketing.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Managing and developing our child health product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, clinical standards, and market opportunities.
- Acting as a product expert, and coordinating with technical partners on product delivery and customer support covering training and post-go-live support for clinicians.
- Tracking customer renewals and version upgrades, supporting the sales team with quotes, framework documentation, and commercial information.
- Producing and maintaining product documentation, training materials, process maps, technical/commercial reference materials, and marketing collateral.
- Gathering user feedback and translating it into actionable development requirements.
- Compiling market intelligence (digital maturity, competitor analysis, procurement frameworks) to inform product planning and roadmap priorities.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and CRM activity using HubSpot, representing Harlow at industry events, including product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Assisting with other marketing-related activities, such as event coordination, updating website content, creating conference materials, and liaising with design teams.
**Your Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:
- Experience in a clinical, healthcare, or digital health environment.
- Strong interest in digital health and improving NHS services.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple products and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence delivering training and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new platforms.
**Desirable**:
- Experience working with healthcare or public sector organisations.
- Previous exposure to digital health products, SaaS solutions, or healthcare informatics.
- Familiarity with managing digital product roadmaps and technical marketing activities.
- Experience using marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and understanding of lead generation best practices.
- Exposure to NHS maternity, child health, or community systems.
- Familiarity with NHS digital standards.
