Cleaning Services Supervisor

We are a Facilities Management company based in Renfrewshire. We have recently diversified our business in order to undertake self delivery of cleaning services across Scotland and have secured multiple long term contracts. We would like to continue on this path of success and as such we have an opportunity for a career minded Cleaning Services Supervisor.
Our cleaning team is currently small and our client base is a mix of commercial offices, schools, and social housing. We hold strong relationships with our client base and are a company that is expanding in the Facilities Management sector.
The role of the Cleaning Services Supervisor will be all encompassing, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the overall business. The Cleaning Services Supervisor will have full oversight and responsibility to the continued growth of the cleaning arm of the business and to retain and enhance existing relationships. This includes sourcing and tendering for new business, mobilisation of new contracts, operational management of all staff, within the cleaning business and recruitment, training and development of staff. There is also a requirement to manage cover for absence of staff.
This opportunity is available for those that are dynamic and and have the skill and experience to run a sector of our business as if it was their own, with the support of a strong management team and abundance of quality resource and experience around them.
The position will be full time, working alongside our senior management team. Your input, ideas, innovation and ability to deliver on them will be key to helping us continue to grow as a cleaning business.
