**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the financial services sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilise Salesforce to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
- Assist customers with their financial service needs, providing information and guidance on products and services.
- Analyse customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Follow up with customers after interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
