The Corporate Facilities Department are recruiting a Facilities Assistant. To be successful, you must be organised, flexible and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and be able to show initiative along with strong organisation skills to meet deadlines. You will be required to liaise with L&Q staff and contractors directly to arrange and action Facilities Management issues through to fulfilment. You will have experience with iBuy and liaising regularly with the finance department. An understanding of Microsoft Excel is also essential for this role.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- To provide full administrative support to the Facilities Management team
- To provide first line support in enquires for all Facilities Management related Issues
- To provide the best customer service at all times to all customers, both internally and externally that contact the Facilities Department
- Raise purchase orders via iBuy and to contact suppliers regarding deliver of goods / service
- To be responsible for the running of the Facilities Helpdesk
- To effectively liaise with all other departments that are also involved in dealing with the work of the Facilities Management team
