**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using relevant software.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurately reflected.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilise Outlook and Excel for scheduling, data entry, and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Organise and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents and information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient computer literacy with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
