Office Administrator

We are a busy steel fabrication company looking to add a key member to our existing office team here in Basildon.
Duties will include answering of high spec telephone system, so good phone skills and manor would be an essential role, delegating through to the correct department and answering/aiding the customers needs where at all possible.
You would be dealing with Clients, Sub-contractors, ordering a varity of different requirements for the company needs and also aiding in the various departments of the company where necessary. This would include close working with the Estimating, Design, Workshop, Installation, CE Marking and Accounts departments.
Good computer skills would be a requirement, with experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Adobe/Blue beam. Experience in Sage would be also be beneficial aiding the Accounts department with Invoices and logging of costings to all jobs running through the company.
Some experience in a steel background would be preferred, but is not essential as full training will be given to the right applicant on in house procedures.
No agencies please, we will be looking to hire direct.
**Salary**: From £15,000.00 per year
